Day 11 (卷一) - Val d'Orcia 奧爾恰山谷 . Abbazia di Sant' Antimo 修道院

今天我們打算做劉伶，到酒鄉 Montalcino 和 Montepulciano 去。Agriturismo Le Traverse hostess Pinuccia 建議我們到 Abbazia di Sant' Antimo 走一趟。也好，趁早上頭腦清醒，先到秘境 Abbazia di Sant' Antimo 看看，再去買醉。

Day 11 (卷一)

深深吸一口 Pienza 清晨空氣，很清新。

晨早例必來個 morning dip。Agriturismo 的泳池望著 Val d'Orcia 的丘陵景。

早餐在房間前花棚下享用，仲有穿著女僕裝束的姐姐為你 set table，詢問你要 poarched eggs、fried eggs、 sunny side up 還是 omelette，tea or coffee? 覺得自己似古代貴族，非常歎。

但說也奇怪，她們怎知我們什麼時候起床？總是在適當時間出現在你跟前。

將近吃完早餐時 (時間永遠掌握得非常好)，Pinuccia 過來跟我們打招呼，並為我們今、明兩天的行程提供建議。知道我們打算去 Montalcino 和 Montepulciano ，Pinuccia 建議我們亦可到 Abbazia di Sant' Antimo 走一趟。

Pinuccia 問我們是否想參加 wine tasting tour，我們當然舉手啦。Pinuccia 撥了一個電話。Oh，她說她老友開的一個百年老酒莊剛巧休息。於是乎再撥另一電話。電話接通後，她跟對方說了一陣，問我們是否想 join 這個走比較現代化路線的老酒莊的 wine tasting tour，她說這個 tour 有點貴但包午餐，我們對 Pinuccia 的建議有信心，二話不說 say yes。就這樣訂下了今明兩天行程。

歎夠後，我們沿小路到車場取車，見到農莊種有不同種類的果樹，兼有農舍雞，好 rustic feel。

Agriturismo Le Traverse 可遠眺世界遺產 Pienza。

Agriturismo 坐落在 Val d'Orcia 奧爾恰山谷延綿起伏的丘陵地帶中。於 2004 年 Val d'Orcia 獲列入為世界文化景觀遺產。

 Val d'Orcia 被列入世界文化景觀遺產，主要有兩個條件：

• Criterion (iv): The Val d’Orcia is an exceptional reflection of the way the landscape was re-written in Renaissance times to reflect the ideals of good governance and to create an aesthetically pleasing picture.
• Criterion (vi): The landscape of the Val d’Orcia was celebrated by painters from the Scuola Senese, which flourished during the Renaissance.  Images of the Val d’Orcia, and particularly depictions of landscapes where people are depicted as living in harmony with nature, have come to be seen as icons of the Renaissance and have profoundly influenced the development of landscape thinking.

完全同意 "aesthetically pleasing picture"，驅車沿鄉間小路遊走，幅幅是 postcard 美景。Val d’Orcia 是一片起伏不斷的丘陵地帶，位在 Tuscany 中部。不同時節，不同時間，在不同光線下，每幅圖畫都好看。

一看到 Abbazia di Sant' Antimo 就非常喜歡，多謝 Pinuccia 的建議。

Agriturismo Le Traverse 距離 Abbazia di Sant' Antimo 32 km，開車需 45 分鐘。

這間遺世獨立的修道院和旁邊的一株 Cypress 是完美結合畫面。

Abbazia di Sant' Antimo 沒有雕樑畫楝，沒有巧奪天工的壁畫，沒有精緻細膩的裝飾，我只感受到一份歷時代的純樸。

Abbazia di Sant' Antimo 周遭都是葡萄園美景。Sant' Antimo DOC 這個葡萄酒或許你會留意到。
